Kirsten
Lewis
Kirsten founded the Wellness Spot in 2015 but has been working with patients her entire career. After graduating from Ball State with her B.S. in nursing, she worked as an ICU nurse for over 10 years. She retired from nursing in 1996 with the birth of her first child and decided to travel the world. Unfortunately a few years and another kid later - before she could complete her world tour - she fell very ill. She knew western medicine did not have the answers she wanted, so she turned to alternative medicine.
Kirsten found healing through a technique taught by Victor Frank and Jacqueline Paltis, and soon decided that she needed to learn how to become a practitioner herself. She has been practicing privately since 2003 and has discovered and added other techniques that now cumulatively make SHAPE.
She founded The Wellness Spot in 2015 as a way to both practice professionally and teach her craft. Kirsten now lives in Madison, Alabama with her dog and loyal sidekick, Oliver.

Emily
Barone
Throughout most of my childhood, my family did not generally go to the doctor for much of anything. My mother would use herbs, homeopathy, and essential oils for treating our injuries and ailments; “naturally” was just how we did things in our family. Growing up with that mindset, along with being an avid researcher, often sleuthing beneath the surface information to sneak a peek at the cogs and gears in operation, led me to the realization that our body has the innate ability to heal itself, if given the right support.
When I discovered Shape, I knew I had found one of the most thorough approaches to revitalizing our health and wellness currently available. In a world where the concept of abundant living seems to be fading away, I believe Shape can bring renewed hope and rejuvenate original divine design in those who choose to lay hold of it.
Through the holistic method of Shape, I have personally experienced some amazing results in restoring my physical health and emotional well-being. It is my desire to share that experience with as many people as would come my way and receive it, and to help them become free and whole in their body, soul and spirit; living their very best life now!
